  My parcel was transferred to this branch automatically without notice even I live in the neighborhood. Intentionally, my family stayed home on the delivery day, but no delivery attempted cards was dropped in my mail box. Either no phone calls. I was suggested to come over this post office to get my parcel picked up after trying my local one. The person at the counter implied that this was all the contractor's fault and they had no idea how this happened. Ridiculously, she even gave me a brochure about how to bacome a VIP of post office. If there was a minus ranking score, I definitely make it to this quality of service provided!!!
